Influence of Building Information Modeling (BIM) Implementation in High-Rise Buildings towards Sustainability

To secure full benefits without jeopardizing project feasibility, sustainability standards in high-rise building design should be included at all phases of the decision-making process. However, there are limited empirical studies on influence information modeling (BIM) implementation buildings. Implementing BIM is a viable technique to improve performance. Therefore, aim this research explore buildings by integrating exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and structural equation (SEM) approaches. Following detailed review literature identify critical success factors (CSFs) for implementation, evidence was gathered through questionnaire survey with 205 stakeholders construction projects. The EFA revealed five components, namely, productivity, visualization, coordination, sustainability, safety improvement, which have significant impact long-term Moreover, SEM conducted develop model it has been that awareness usage level technology still appears limited. This scenario paves way future researchers more models domain order sustainable development.
